A certificate is only worth the trust you can place in the lab. These are the rules we hold ourselves to.
We don't sell peptides.
We have no product of our own to compare yours against, and nothing to gain from a result.
Results aren't for sale.
Everyone pays the same price for the same test, and no one can pay to change, delay or remove a result.
Corrections stay visible.
If a report has to be corrected, the corrected version gets a new number, and the original stays online, marked as replaced, with a link to the new one.
Every report is verifiable.
Each certificate has a public record with the same results and the photo of the vial. A PDF that doesn't match its record wasn't issued by us.

How much sample do you need?

Where do I send my sample?
To our lab in Sofia, Bulgaria, from any country. The full address is on the submission page. Use a tracked service and keep the tracking number.
How long does it take?
4 business days from the day the sample arrives, except sterility, which needs a fixed 14-day incubation.
How do I pay?
By card, bank transfer or crypto. After you register a sample we email you an invoice; testing starts once it's paid.
Who can see my report?
Anyone who has the report number can open its verification page. The number is random and hard to guess, so only people you share it with will find it.
What if my result doesn't match the label?
We report what we measure, even when it doesn't match the label. No one can pay to change a result.
Do I have to tell you where the sample comes from?
No. The vendor field is optional. If you fill it in, it appears on the report as declared by you.
How do I know a certificate is real?
Enter the report number on our verification page, or scan the QR code on the PDF. The page also shows the photo of the vial we received, marked with the report number. If what you see doesn't match your document, it wasn't issued by us.
